Know your audience – who are your customers, how much do you know about your customer base, where does your profitable business come from? Have you really analysed the data that you currently hold?

Market segmentation – analyse where your profitable business comes from and concentrate on segmenting the market. You can do this by geography, customer type, size, volume purchases, high spend, similar needs – or a combination of these. This is the best way to develop a targeted approach to reaching your audience. (more…)
